The Wedding Inivitation Card │ The Gifts

I'm so happy right now. I tell u what, i just received my BFF's wedding invitation card yesterday! This is the first time i got wedding card with only my name. Aha! Words can not express how happy i am for her upcoming BIG day~

Yeahh, it's my full name on it :)

I kind of can't believe that she's the first will getting married among us. I thought she's not as she always keep telling us that she wants to build her career first & has a lot things to do. But who knows, it's in her fate to get married at age of 26. Yeahh, of corz i'm really happy for her.

Like i've mentioned before, she & I are like sisters. We share a lot of things from clothes to other things that I'd rather not mention here. As classmates in primary school & high school, we have both seen each other grow. We remains close friends even when distance & our life path tore us physically apart. And it's like a blink of eye..we're turned 26 yrs old & she will be getting married tomorrow. Wohooo~

Tonight is her 'Malam Berinai'. I ain't sure about the ceremony because it's not our tradition actually. I know there's a specific way of doing an ACTUAL 'malam berinai', but for our people, it's simply the night before the 'nikah' or solemnization, when the bride has had her fingers, palm & toes painted with henna or 'inai'. A night of fun, laughter & taking lots of pictures! Our people (Bajau) used to call it as 'Maglami-lami'. I don't know since when & why they changed the name to 'malam berinai'.

Btw, i wanna share u what gifts we (Syan & me) get on her wedding day. I've shared money with c Gula Hati to buy books for her & her husband-to-be. :) Well, books are the best gift..i guess :)

I'm Going Home~

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

Alhamdulillah. I just finished packing all my stuff. Ready to fly. Ready to go home. Well, there's an important ceremony that i should attend to. One of my best friends aka my best mate is getting married on 24 March. To be honest the only reason i come home is because i know i can't miss her wedding for anything in the world. She is my very very best friend of mine & i would do almost anything to be at her wedding.

Yeahh..of course i already planned the entire first leg of my trip around her coming wedding. My flight to Tawau is tonight at 2030 p.m. & in shaa Allah will be arrived at 21:10 p.m. I can not wait to see my family & my best friends in Semporna. It's been almost 3 months since i left my home sweet home. Oh my, i really miss them so much esp. the little heroes. The fighting, laughing, storytelling, joking..ya, i totally miss those things! 

But apart from that, i'm a bit concerned about my Gula Hati. He has to go home after work by himself & have to catch a bus everyday. Plus, there's no one could accompany him for lunch & dinner since he's not close to anyone even his office-mate. No movies, no shopping, no 'Silver'..I just hope he'll be okay when i'm not around. Do not miss me too much ya, my dear! :)

Ocay, it's only a few hours before my flight. Got to go.

Alhamdulillah, akhirnya jumpa juga buku ni. Sangat happy! Setelah sekian lama mencari, at last dapatlah juga dimiliki. Hehe. Buku yang bertajuk 'Ya Allah, Aku Jatuh Cinta' ini memberi bacaan alternatif kepada para remaja tentang perbahasan yang paling disukai ramai iaitu CINTA. 

Ia boleh dijadikan panduan kepada sesiapa pun yang pernah, tengah atau akan bercinta agar cinta tidak disalahfaham menjadi medan menebar pesona & dosa. In Sya Allah, sesiapa saja yang membaca buku ni akan bisa melihat cinta secara lebih bermatlamat & tidak tersilap langkah dalam menilai erti cinta. Semoga kita semua senantiasa dalam naungan-Nya. Aaamin.
